Cisco produces sample scripts for every release of UCCX/CRS.  Below are the sample scripts for UCCX 7.x.  I am listing them below as .zip files.  You willl need to extract in order to view.  These scripts contain Readme files inside each folder with full instructions for re-creating the script, as well as integrating it into the current UCCX system you may have.  There are also sample prompts.  These scripts are fully working demos that can be tweaked to your liking.
