uccxworkforce user and password

Hello. I am implementing UCCX with Compliance recording and have ran into an issue on syncing the uccx database. I am running UCCX 8.5.1 and Compliance Recording 8.5.2. It states the user workforce must have access to the UCCX database but I do not see where this user in setup in UCCX. QM defaults to the user uccxworkforce  and asks me to enter a password. Where can I set the password for this user and do they automatically have permissions to the database in UCCX?

QM Integration with UCCX 8.0

 I am trying to integrate QM with UCCX 8.0(2).  We are trying to achieve 100% recording on all calls on agents.  We want to deploy network based recording.  We are seeing 1kb files on the server but do not see anything on the WFO web based management tool.  I also see a call running if I run live monitor.  Any help to make this system working would be appreciated.

QM - Supervisor's No Access to Archives?

We have members that have been made 'Supervisor' in the Cisco Response Solutions to be able to access & make use of the Cisco Supervisor Desktop. Doing so, in Quality Management Desktop - Supervisor has access to 'call 'Archives' of the teams they Supervise. Do you know of way to make it so Supervisor do not access Archives?

 

How to enable recording in UCCX?

How to enable the basic Recording/Monitoring built into UCCX. I am on version 7. If
someone can point this out I will be eternally grateful.

UCCX + QM Implementation

Hi Guys,

I'm new here at uccx.net, just stumbled upon this community when searching for a QM solution. I have been trying to implement a UCCX system with QM but we can't seem to see any recordings followed the guide to a tee but we still can't see any recordings. Our next step would be to call tac. Any comments, recommendations is appreciated.
