transfer to voice mail
Dear UCCX Experts,
Is there any way i can transfer a caller directly from IVR to a particular voicemail ? like e.g to leave a message press 2 and without any rings the caller should be able to record a message. Can any one help?

Yes this is possible what you need to do is use a transfer step as you would normally to transfer a call out of the UCCX to another location.
In the step you have the option to change the calling number to anything you like so "9000" for instance then the destination is the Voicemail pilot. Doing this will send you into the 9000 mailbox which could be a Call Handler or a Subscriber account your choice.
