I need to know like I can do script that verifies if an extension has voice mailbox.

The problem is that I need to know how by means of script if an extension has a voicemail, based on this to execute " prompt" in order to transfer to the mailbox or an operator.

 Hi,

What type of voicemail system do you use?

Do the voicemail-system have a SQL-database that you could make any integrations to?

Then you might be able to query it to identify if the user have any voicemailbox.

Ofcourse, you could use a flat file that you update with the information manually if the user have voicemail or not.

 

Please give me an answer of what voicemail-system you use, then i might be able to give you a better answer.
