Question for an option to have the system call back an agent

Hello,

I've download the example scripts (which are awesome thanks to all who provided them)  The one with the name BaseLineAdvQueuing.aef.  There is an option the caller will here to leave a call back number and message.  Currently, if you do this the phone ext is the script is called immediately after the caller has left the message.  Is there  a way to put a delay or put it in a loop if no one answers the phone after x rings (before it goes to voice mail) so it will try again and again until someone does answers it?
