Priority Queuing?
Hello,
I have a customer that would like when the caller is a physician and presses "2" on the menu, that their call goes to the top of the list to be answered. I believe that this is priiorty queuing but I have never done this...I did see some steps in the editor and read on the forum that they have to have Premium licensing.
If anyone has a step by step guide or sample script they wouldn't mind sharing I would appreciate it.

Priority Queuing?
if your server uses UCCX Premium, all you need to do is call the Set Priority step on the triggering contact, inside of your logic for what happens after they press two. If you don't have Premium, Set Priority isn't supported.
