mounting Variables in Scripts

Dear All,

I have a urgently problems in variables, which can not mount correctly to call variable 1~9, means the layout can not show suitable value in variable.

I have try debug on scripts but problems are same, do you have experience in this case????
I don't know why the old DN has no this problem, but all new added DN has this problems....
Is there any change setting in UCCX, (sys-level)??

Ali,

Can you upload your script and a screenshot of the CAD agent desktop when a call is presented to the agent?  You have a few different things going on here.  1)  We need to make sure your variables are being populated in the script, 2) Are you referring to the "Set Enterprise Info" step?  That is where you map variables that can be used in the Layout List inside CDA ( desktop admiinistrator ), once you use those variables in a Layout list it will show up to the CAD agent.

could you be a bit more precise regarding your problem?

- What kind of variables do you have that got the problem?
- Could you post a screenshot or similar of the scriptpart where the problem occurs?
- Did you try the reactive script debugging already and where there any messages or strange things with the filling of your variables?
