Help please!

Scenario: based on certain criteria, a caller is redirected (using the call redirect step) to a long distance number (not toll-free).  A 5-digit long distance code is required to complete the call.  How can I script this so the long distance code will be accepted and the redirect will be successful.  Right now, it's coming back unsuccessful because of the code.
