I have voice gateway with FXO interface and UCCX IP/IVR 7.0(1), once i called from any PSTN line to one of the lines which connected to Voice gateway (under voice port threre is"connection plar opx <CTI_Route Point>" ).

I recived any Call and Application is working properly, but once the application transfer call to any ext, and the PSTN caller disconnect before the ext is being answred, the ext remains ring , what is the problem????????????????
