Call consult Transfer to external numbers
We are trying to provide a call back solution for our customer. We are having an issue where we can't do a call consult transfer (supervised transfer) out to an external number. The number we are trying to transfer is a standard mobile number. Have tried to use a call redirect and it works perfectly, however it will not work if we use the call consult transfer.
We require this function in the call back scenaro where we need to know if the customer has answered the phone and not just ringing. This is so that we can retry the number until the person answers.

Yes, forgot to mention that it works if we use the call consult transfer with an internal number, eg 7214. If we use an external number,ie 04xxxxxxx or 03xxxxxxx, the system will ring, but the mobile will not ring. After a 10 sec timeout, it will go to the timeout path.
