Automated Outbound Calling

Hi All,

I've got a request from a customer to setup an Outbound calling script which will call a list of numbers on a database and play a recording. We have UCCX 7 with Premium licenses so I now we are good with outbound and database dips, though I need the outbound to play a prompt rather than send to an agent.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This really looks like it might be a helpful feature. I have been looking for a way to do this. We have used this sort of dynamic with targeted email marketing, but I have not yet tried it with phone calls. I would be eager to hear how others have experienced success with this sort of approach in marketing.

Nevermind, its actually easier than I thought. Just needed a Placecall statement, sql database and an http trigger. Never used the placecall or http triggers but they seam fairly straightforward.

Outcalling

Can you send me the steps you used for this. I Also wan to get the caller a chance to press 1 and redirect them to a self server pay by phone script.
