Advanced Queues
Hi,
I have loaded your example of the advanced Queues script into our test lab and was able to queue a recording for the next available agent. However, when I tried to queue this recording overnight, the call seems to have disappeared. I have updated the system parameters and have changed the session timeout to 2000 (minutes) and also the max allowed steps to 10000. Any ideas how I can correct this issue?

looking into implementing this myself. did you restart the UCCX services after making this change to the system params? not sure about session timeout, but cisco told us that max script steps changes require services restart to take effect.
