UCCX + QM Implementation
Hi Guys,
I'm new here at uccx.net, just stumbled upon this community when searching for a QM solution. I have been trying to implement a UCCX system with QM but we can't seem to see any recordings followed the guide to a tee but we still can't see any recordings. Our next step would be to call tac. Any comments, recommendations is appreciated.

Hi ahannah,
We have already succeeded in getting recordings, our issue was that the QM user must be the same as the login configured on windows. We are now currently trying to check for the other features. Thanks for the reply and concern.

Have a looksie at page 27 of the QM Troubleshooting guide, I have attached it to this thread. That may get you in the right direction. I am guessing you don't have the QM JTAPI User associated to all phones, that's usually the one people forget.

What version of CRS/IPCC/UCCX is the server, also what ver of QM are you using?
