QM - Supervisor's No Access to Archives?

We have members that have been made 'Supervisor' in the Cisco Response Solutions to be able to access & make use of the Cisco Supervisor Desktop. Doing so, in Quality Management Desktop - Supervisor has access to 'call 'Archives' of the teams they Supervise. Do you know of way to make it so Supervisor do not access Archives?

 

QM - Supervisor's No Access

Are you recording the supervisor for QM, for Archive purposes, or not at all?  Does the Supervisor need access to QM recordings / evaluations?

One option is to simply unlicense the supervisor, preventing access to QM.  Another is to treat the Supervisor in QM as a knowledge worker rather than an agent and only provide the Evaluator role.
