One of the things I am asked the most is what is the easiest way to install UCCX in a VMWare environment. What this video will show you is how to convert a Standalone Windows 2003 Cisco approved OS to a VMWare image.

*** WARNING: This IS NOT Cisco TAC supported, and I would NOT recommend this for any situation other than a lab environment. What you will need is a copy of VMWare Converter, a working Cisco MCS Server which you can install the Cisco approved Windows 2003 OS on, and External HD with some decent space, and about 2 hours of your life to kill.
