uccx scripts for over flow or subflow to helpdesk. any examples? I'm new to scripting and manage a helpdesk with e few client but dont know where to start.

Integrating UCCX 7 with CME

 Can you post a video on how to integrate UCCX 7 with CME?

Or a list of steps in the order that they should be taken.  I did not find the admin guide to be too helpful with this. 

This is my first UCCX implementation and I want to make sure I follow the correct steps.  I have 10 more to setup with CME.
