I want to use a wallboard with the uccx, but i cant get connection to the
crssql database.
I have tried steps in de admin guide chapter 22(accx70ag.pdf).

I get an error in the asp page that the user is not allowed to log in.

1. Please send me the exact versions of UCCX and Wallboard
2. Make sure that the User "CiscoWbUsr" has the same password on the
wallboard server and the UCCX server.
3. Confirm that a DSN was created on the Wallboard server via the user
"CiscoWbUsr" by going to Start> Programs > Administrative Tools > Data
Sources (ODBC) and following the procedure.
4. it's recommended to always use the IP address when referring to the
servers so please make sure that when prompted to specify the SQL server
that you insert the IP address of the UCCX server
5. please advise if testing the DSN returns success

1)      UCCX versie = 7.0(1)SR05_Build504
2)      Changed both again and tested, no good.
3)      DSN was created by the CiscoWbUsr (local administrator on the client) as a system
DSN
4)      I have used IP address because wallboard pc and uccx server are on different
subnets.
5)      But still the same error after all this.
