Upgrade considerations

We currently have IPCCx 4.x premium and are looking into upgrading to UCCX 7 or UCCX 8 along with our entire UCM upgrade to 8.0.
We have a fair amount of customization on the IPCCx 4.x including an IVR that connects into our SQL billing database.
Question:
Are the scripts and applications and prompts easy to import from IPCCX 4.x to the newer UCCX platforms?
I am hoping you can guide me in a direction. That would help me make a decision one way or another.

A test or an examination (or "exam") is an assessment intended to measure a test-taker's knowledge, skill, aptitude, physical fitness, or classification in many other topics (e.g., beliefs). A test may be administered orally, on paper, on a computer, or in a confined area that requires a test taker to physically perform a set of skills. Tests vary in style, rigor and requirements. 642-655\\ 642-681\\ 646-204\\ 000-032\\ JN0-522\\ 1z0-007\\ ST0-91W\\ ST0-91X\\
Upgrade Considerations
Your current scripts should upgrade nicely. I just upgraded two customers from version 4 to version 7 with no problems whatsoever. The script capabilities increase when you upgrade too. Make sure you upgrade your local script editor as well as newer version scripts are not editable in in an older script editor.
You mentioned that you are also upgrading your CUCM server to 7 or 8. Please note that the upgrade order is important per the Cisco compatibility matrix, and I believe you will need to upgrade the Contact Center first. (IPCCX 4 is not compatible with CUCM 7 and higher.) Keep in mind that UCCX version 8 goes to a Linux platform, and UCCX version 7 remains on a Windows platform.
Hope that helps!
