UCCX Server License

 Hi am I new to UCCX and I am having some issues with the server licensing.

I was told by Ingram Micro that the server license was included in the CME bundle that we purchased.  Ingram took the router from their stock versus ordering from Cisco.

I think what happen was that they did not click an option when placing the order that would ship the license.

But according to Cisco TAC we need the following top level SKU CCX-70-NEW-ENH and below that top level SKU CCX-70-NEW-E-

Can someone please confirm that this is accurate?  I am in the process of trying to obtain a temp license from Cisco so I can move forward with the setup and configuration of the UCCX.

UCCX Ordering

TAC is giving you the correct part numbers but I'm unaware of any promos that Cisco is doing where you get 5 seats of UCCX with a CME purchase. I know for years now Cisco has been bundling 5 seats of UCCX Standard with CUCM. The part numbers you show are for Enhanced and those are definitly not bundled with any CME order, much less CUCM.

License Issue Resolved

I got the license issue resolved, had to have the licensing team re-cut the license for a new install.
