Greetings;

   I am fairly green on using uccx 7, here's what I got.    I got a box running the UCCX 7 and am having a problem loggin in.

I am using Unified Contact Center Express Admin, going to the correct page and am trying to login as

username    Administrator     with the password ciscocisco

When I put that in, the page goes to a nice shade of white and (appadmin/j_security_check) and stays there forever.

I put in anything else and no luck...    

What would be the "normal" username that I should login with??  (in not administrator)

Any recommendations of changing this on the server to something that I can use? (lost password issue)

Any help would be great!
