Hello,

I'm looking for a solution for a client. They have a UC560 with CME 8.0.  I see that this is compatible with UCCX 8.0 Enhanced.  The documentation I see in regards to UC500 series compatibility seems to be older...when the UC560 first came out.  Does the UC560/CME 8.0 still only support 12 agents or has that increased with the newer version of CME?

Any information would be appreciated!
