Hello all,

I am trying to add a new skill to my UCCX 7 cluster, there are no previously entered skills as this is a brand new installation.  The following error is displayed when I add the new skill:

There was an error reading/updating the database. Please contact the administrator.

I've checked all services and they are all running.

Please help.
