UCCX Configuration validator tool

Hi,

I'm very new to the UCCX.We have UCCX 7.0 ruuning in HA which have partial servoce on UM Telephony subsystem.

Through the bllog i came to know that we have to run the configuration validator in the UCCX.

But i don't know how to & from where i can use configuration validator to verify the configuration.

Try a resync

gpsnwe,

On the CRS Server, on the Subsytems tab, click on Unified CM Telephony, this will bring up all the info on the connection between CUCM and CRS.... ie your CTI Ports, CTI RP ( JTAPI Triggers ), and your provider information ( JTAPI or Unified CM Telephony account ) and all credentials to connect into CUCM.  Verify that you have user accounts configured on CUCM for the jtapi prefix ( off the top of my head in an HA environment you should have 2 accounts, one for each server and they will have _1 for the first _2 for the second.  ). 

Also, check on the status ( registered, unregistered ) for each of your CTI Port, and CTI route points in CUCM.  You can also run the re-sync tool on CRS this is under the Subsystem > Unified CM Telephony.
