Problems with CUCM talking to UCCX
Im hoping someone can help me out here. I have a UCCX 7 talking to a CUCM6 which are both in VMware. Ive just sat the UCCXD course in between doing my CCVP so i need to lab some UCCX before sitting the exam. I think ive correctly setup the UCCX Jtapi integration as the AXL user was able to create the jtapi users on the CUCM and all of the CTI ports are created ok.
When i call the trigger for the application i get some ringing, then a fast busy. Sometimes i get the fast busy much sooner but never longer than a couple of rings.
If i debug the script i can see the call hitting the UCCX but before i can step over to the accept sted the call is terminated. Does anyon have an idea what this is or how i could debug it?
Im still learning CUCM so the only debugging i have done on that side is using DNA (results below). The CUCM is pretty much out of the box. Default partitions, CSS etc
