Is there a way in UCCX where you can see multiple teams and their queue at the same time?  I have some users that are supervisors for multiple teams, and they would like to view all their teams on one screen.  I have UCCX v5 Enhanced. 

Do I need premium to be able to do that?

Is there a third party software that can do that if UCCX can't do it native?
