iPhone app for Contact Center
Ive installed this app on my iPhone and it always says that i have put in the wrong credentials. I can use the same user on the CSD and it works no problem. If i change the network settings on the app it says connectivity issue so it must be getting there.
Ive logged it with Cisco but they have not come back as yet, does anyone have any ideas?

it's funny, a couple of my supervisors actually like this iphone/ipod app better than the native Cisco Supervisor Desktop. kudos for Cisco on this one.
