CME Telephony Subsystem down
Hi,
I was testing my UCCX with CME. I made some custom scripts and uploaded and tested with the call flow everything works fine.Today when i started the day i found CCX Engine is Partial Service when i expand it further all are fine except CME telepony subsystem which is Out of service.
I validated my configuration all are fine i dont find any mismatch in UCCX or CME , even i restarted my UCCX nothing changed.
What could be the cause....

Ok,
little step further...
I have a connection between cme and uccx....i can create triggers and stuff like that!!
However.... i can not make a call to my trigger number of the application...
What can be wrong..?

Hi,
Im also trying to configure an UCCX version 5X with a CME version 7.1 however...my AXL settings are ok..(Validate button tells me that) only i cannot create any trigger for my applications..
Did you create all the config by yourself in the CME? or did the UCCX server that for you?
Because the docment of cisco is telling me this is all done automatically...

Hari,
What version of CME and CRS are your running? Have you checked the Cisco Bug Toolkit yet?

Hi
After researching a while i found that whenever iam creating new Application and Trigger this CME subsystem goes down.When iam rebooting the router CME all comes fine. Is it a Bug ?
