Cisco CME UCCX integration

Does anybody know where I can find good info on CME UCCX integration. The info I've been able to find is not very detailed. I've been able to integrate UCCX and CUCM 7.1.  I want to try integrating it wil callmanager express. I have a 2821 router with CME 8.0 and CUE 7.1 to play with. I have UCCX 7 on a MCS.

Creating users in UCCX

Hi all,

we are trying to setup UCCX with CME and we are having some troubles.

All the configuration posted above works and we can validate CME configuration on UCCX. So everything seems to be working.

But my question is: Where do we associate users created in the UCCX with CME users?

If I create a user in the UCCX we cannot find the IPCCX Extension in his parameters and I do not know how to link that user to a CME user. All users have the session and allow watch parameters in their DNs.

Any help is more than welcome. Cisco configuration guides are not completely clear on this.

Best regards

Nicola
