Our site is a community dedicated to Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.  Our goal is to be the number one stop on the net for all things related to Unified Contact Center Express.   We will accomplish this goal by providing configuration examples, blogs, a forum for questions, official documentation, and explanations to help you get the most out of your Cisco UCCX system. 

Hi, I’m Alex Hannah, the founder of UCCX.net.  Originally, UCCX.net started as a means to update former students on the latest and greatest in the world of Contact Center Express.  We had some script examples, documentation, and a basic forum.  That was in the fall of 2007.  Boy have we grown since.  We have changed hosting platforms, website hosts, and upgraded all our hardware in an effort to keep pace with the sites growth.  We are aiming to provide an even more user rich experience by adding an updated Blog section, integrations with Twitter, Facebook, and Open ID.

About our Staff:

Alex Hannah ( Founder )

Alex is a native of Richmond Virginia.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He maintains active CCIE Voice #25853 and CCSI #32072 ( Cisco Certified Systems Instructor ) certifications.  He holds active CCVP, CCNA certifications.

Alex is a former Cisco Instructor for Global Knowledge where he specialized in Unified Communications.  He has taught students all around the country in Unified Contact Center Express and Cisco Unified Communications Manager. 

Currently he is a Solutions Engineer for TBL Networks in Glen Allen Virginia.  TBL Networks is an Advanced UC Cisco partner.   Alex has experience with UC dating back to early 2004 and Call Manager 3.x days.  He has done CUCM/CUCME installations for small business all the way through Fortune 500, ranging in single site all the way to multinational clusters. He is also President of Hannah Technologies LLC, where he specializes in application development related to Cisco UC.
