Looking for a document for Installing the Call Manager (6.x) service necessary for CAD IP Phone agent use. Seems I had one for older Windows versions of call manager but I can't find that either.
You want to get a copy of the CAD Administration guide for UCCX 5.x, that lists out the installation process for IP Phone Agent in CUCM 6. If you don't have CCO Access let me know, I can pull it down and shoot it to you, just email me at ahannah@uccx.net
