Loop Hell !

We have staff who forward their IP phones to their mobiles using a short code and the last 4 digits of the mobile number e.g. 881234. However there is a rather long delay before the caller hears ringing - before which the caller hangs thinking iis a wring number. I want to forward 88xxxx calls to a script which gets the call info, plays a "please hold" message before continuing to the destination. However this obviously causes a loop so I'm trying to break out of it using CSS and Partitions.
What I have done:
Created “Forwards” Partition
Created “Forwards” CSS containing firstly the “Forwards” Partition then the companies main "Internal” Partition
The existing Route Pattern 88xxxx /Internal sends calls out over our Gateways
I've created Directory Number 88xxxx /Forward and it is associated with a CTI Route Point which forwards all its calls to 3100 /Internal.
3100 is the trigger for a script on UCCX that gets the original forward detail, plays a “please wait” message and forwards the call onto the collected forward detail..... and back to the script.
How can I tell the script to manipulate the forward info collected to route it to 88xxxx Internal as it seems to be sending it over to the 88xxxx occurance in the forward partition
